Refer an Agent Program

Program Rules:

• Effective July 1, 2018

• Referred agent must become Ready to Sell (RTS) with at least one carrier through My Guided Solutions. 

• Referred agent must submit their first piece of business with a qualified plan.

• Qualified plans include Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Final Expense, Whole or Universal Life Insurance, Long Term Care, Annuity.

• Business must be issued and become effective within 6 months of the referred agent contract date.

• Upon verification of issued business, My Guided Solutions will issue a check to the referrer.
  • Any payments to referring agent are subject to 1099 requirements.

• There is no limit on the number of referral fees a referrer can receive. Referrals fees are limited to 1 per referred agent.

• A referring agent may refer an agency. Each agent in the agency who is new to My Guided Solutions at the time of the agency referral will be considered a separate referral.

• Downline agencies may opt-out of this program. Check with your upline to confirm participation.

• My Guided Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
