Gavin worked for VibrantUSA building a customer relationship management software system utilized by insurance agents while he was attending Oregon State University. After graduating with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration, he worked for a large technology company as a Software Engineer and eventually a Senior Software Engineer for almost seven years. In 2017, Gavin joined AgencyRM as the Software Development Manager before then joining Baldwin Risk Partners (BRP) in early 2022 when AgencyRM partnered with BRP.

As Software Development Manager, Gavin is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the Guided Medicare software systems and leading the software development team as it builds innovative, cloud-native applications.

Gavin was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and currently lives in Canby, Oregon with his wife, kids, and dog. In his free time, Gavin enjoys spending time with his family, playing and watching basketball, and trying out the local cuisine.
