Russell joined Baldwin Risk Partners (BRP) as a Managing Partner in early 2020 when his firms AgencyRM & VibrantUSA officially became partners at BRP. As a Managing Partner, Russell is focused on the execution of the firm’s strategic priorities, business development and growth, and providing best in class technology solutions to the various stakeholders of the firm.

Russell began his career at PACCAR in 2004 and spent nearly 7 years in various Information Technology roles working for the Financial and Parts divisions. In 2011, Russell joined VibrantUSA, his family’s growing Insurance firm, as the Chief Information Officer where he oversaw the development of the firm’s proprietary software systems that lead to a significant growth in business revenue. In 2014, Russell and his brother founded AgencyRM, an insurance firm focused as a Field Marketing Organization (FMO). At the end of 2019, AgencyRM had become one of the highest producing FMO’s in the Pacific Northwest and was widely recognized as an industry leader.

Since beginning his career, Russell has developed a reputation of not being content with the Status Quo and always seeking to drive improved results and efficiencies for both technical and business teams. Russell is recognized as a multidimensional leader who plays a strong role in helping organizations meet and exceed strategic goals. Russell has the keen ability to understand where technical solutions intersect business needs and challenges.

Russell graduated with his M.B.A. from Seattle University in Seattle, WA in 2008. Russell also earned his B.B.A. from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA in 2004. He and his wife were born and raised Pacific Northwest, and currently reside in Vancouver, WA with their son. Aside from spending time with family, Russell enjoys coaching Little League baseball and raising funds online for non-profits like St. Jude.
